I have one requirement where one user from client can initiate a thread with one or more people. One from those recipient will be Approver. Others can comment, attach file. The communication happens & at the end the Approver agrees with the final input & says 'Approved' & then all the conversations happened from initiation to Approved state should be uploaded to SharePoint Online Document Library as PDF file.
Client is currently doing all these in Outlook & at the end manually uploads the email thread to SharePoint but forgets to do it every time. And we need to automate this process.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
