send and reminder mail after 7 days created a list in SharePoint if field is blank

Hello,

i have a flow which send reminder after 7 days of list created in SharePoint if field is still blank 

on my sharepoint list there is 3 field called are Team, Manager, Lead, value consist as ("Yes"/"No") if anyone of those field blank

send reminder with blank field name. 

once in a day until field it blank.
