Ability to adapt content per channel

Hi team,

It would be great to have a way to adapt content per channel within the same PVA project. As we know, for example, the way each channel handles rich media (images, videos, cards, etc) may differ from each other so if we have a way to make it happen would be fantastic.

Should the PVA agent should advanced make aware of video or image public ratings?

I was thinking of enabling VA to support these types of rich media

For example, I have seen VA able to send images (it could be a chart or recommended product based on user profile) or even a video to explain something works for example.

Featuring virtual agent in 3D format, might be a potential luxury (mobile device with projector, or from computer).
