In order to provide a more personalized experience, we need to be able to present end-users options based on their profile in the database/CRM.
Use Case 1: Finance
Each bank´s customer may have one or more bills to be paid so the VA should check the database, collect the info and be able to present the end-user the options.
VA: How can I help you ?
User: want to pay my bill
VA: Sure. I have verified and you have the following open bills
<VA may present the options as buttons or carousels mode>
2. Health Insurance
3. Visa card
4. Amex car
User: Selects the desired option...
Use case 2: Retail
Customer purchased a few items and wants to return one:
User: I want to return a product
VA: Ok, I checked your profile and see the following recent purchases:
Which one you would like to return ?
