My organization needs to control who has the ability to create a chatbot and where they can do it. We can control the Who by assigning maker licenses, but we want to make sure that individuals with the license are creating them in the right environments. We have discovered that we can disable chatbot creation in Power Platform environments - except for the Default environment. The first time someone tries to create a chatbot in Default, PVA will automatically add the user to the Chatbot Authors security role even if the user has no permissions to the Chatbot or Chatbot Subcomponents tables/entities. There's no way to disable chatbot creation in the Default environment. A Microsoft support ticket confirmed this.
Please give administrators the ability to block the creation of chatbots in the Default environment. Thank you!
