Create a feature in PVA where the topic interdependencies and relationships (i.e. what redirects to what) are tracked.
When trying to delete topic A, it's a pain trying to manually find where other topics have redirected to topic A and deleting that connection first.
Although it's understandable to prevent deletion of topic A without removing redirections first, there should be a feature to automatically record/map out what redirects to what.
