Edit Trigger Phrases

 We can't use this tool as it, because of the inability to add colloquial greetings. It just responds "Sorry, I am not able to find a related topic. Can you rephrase and try again?" ... It also doesn't reply with something like "Sorry, I am not able to find a related topic, do you need assistance?" ... that could at least get the flow going when someone responds affirmatively.

I'd like a bit more clarity on this ask? I think you can change all the text as you like in the topics?

The idea is change to default message when your bot does not find an option/topic/or phrases, and change the message to the user.

Thanks for the idea renatoromao, we're thinking about adding this capability in the near term.

There is no default Topic with the text "Sorry, I am not able to find a related topic. Can you rephrase and try again?" where we can change the flow. Incredible!

@Jeff_Zhang, I would like to change the default message for when the bot doesn't understand the users input, by replying her with a choice question where the selections represent the major topics, thereby guiding/drilling down to the core issue.
