Getting user info who used the chatbot

Downloaded CSV from the session information analysis of Power Virtual Agents does not contain the user information of who used the session.

Please implement a function to get the DisplayName of the user who used the chatbot, instead of the "User says" displayed in the conversation history.

Agreed. At the very least, there should be a way to include variables in sessions log. This way, we can include the bot variables 'user name' or 'id' if we retrieve it through authentication.

Yes we need this as well - currently we are working around this by adding the user ID at the start of every topic so it's in the transcript then pulling it out that way but it feels very clunky and not best user experience
