Include Trigger Phrase as a variable for Confirmed Failure topic

The Confirmed Failure topic should have access to the trigger phrase in the event that the bot creator wants to log phrases that result in a unsatisfactory response to the user. Ideally the full conversation should be accessible as a json string but I'll settle for the trigger phrase.

Agreed, in general, I would love to see a way to capture those responses that trigger a topic and put them into a variable.
I'm currently looking to generate parts of an ICT ticket from the phrases users type in at the Introduction of a conversation. Sadly there's not a way to do so

I agree that this should be a basic feature. In my immediate use case I want to have a Get Ticket topic. The trigger phrase is a ticket number INC123456_0001 or REQ123456_0001 or similar. Then use that trigger phrase to make a REST call to the helpdesk system, via Power Automate, then return ticket info.
