I suggest to make bot to restart the conversation using a button link instead of type "Start Over".
I highly support this. I'm trying to use PVA with a QnA knowledge base without any interactions from a support team; without the option to delete the escalation topic I'm having to use a fallback topic and it would be nice to make the default flow in this a simple restart button.
I highly support this fix as well.
I agree with this suggestion. Expecting or instructing users to type "start over" every time they use the Virtual Agent is unrealistic nor user friendly.
