Move bot to Solutions

Hi,

Idea: When you are developing with PVA, Power Automate and CDS, we centralize all data into the Solutions. We need to move bots to the solution too.

We are actively working on supporting a scenario to move a bot with content (topics, flow, etc.) via Solutions across environments. Please check PVA release note by mid-Feb to see an ETA.
