In addition to simply being able to make a bot in another language, it needs to be able to speak multiple languages. With a language detection feature and a prompt asking the user if they want to use the bot in language X or Y.
I donยดt understand why it is still tagged as NEW, when it should be tagged as PLANNED. Without language support it is useless in most of the countries. Please keep in mind this ranking:
Hi! Language support needs a reply from the team. Customers will not start a new method of internal/external bot agent service in non-native language...
Manually - we could get further if system topics triggers could be edited...
It's good to see the excitement around language support. It's one of the key areas we're actively working on. We're planning support for additional languages in Public Preview by May, including French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and Chinese.
