Future featuring the option to change the bot avatar display on every selected possible variable and/or variable compose maybe helpful (e.g. product specialist).  

Not featuring the option to change the potential bot avatar on every possible variable response, we might potentially create alternative avatars for each specialized avatar product service or product specialist.
