Is there an easy way to create similar Bot profiles with few nuances for different platforms?
For example: I would like to have a generic bot for "Teams Platform" and would like to behave little different for our internal web application. Both customers are same but the context would be different when they land on internal web application and invoke bot vs asking bot questions in teams.
Ideally, I would like to see PVA understand user journey on a webpage and provide intelligent suggestions pro-actively before users try to ask questions.
