Power Virtual Agent - Suggest Topics via Tables (Excel or SharePoint)

Functionality to load SharePoint lists, csv/xlsx tables holding Q&A data as suggested topics.

There are three issues with the current functionality

1) when loading Q&A websites into suggested topic there is a lot of 'junk' data that gets pulled in.

2) its hard to find the right websites which hold the information needed.

3) Sometimes no websites exist that hold the right Q&A information needed for topics.

It will be of great benefit if we are able to compile a table with all topics whether as an SP list or excel table and load that in

Happy to say that is available since October 2020! 🙂 

There is a limitation from files that is not possible to import from SharePoint or OneDrive folders because these tools have many security parameters.

So, I recommend you use a public website to store this CSV file.
