We want to have a way to transfer customers to agents within Teams when they need to escalate to a human.
any chat bot should have this option to escalate for human to give full service
We're still building the overall end to end journey so I wish this is enabled for in Teams to have them be escalated to an analyst in case they struggle with the options that we deploy

This would be great functionality for Burlington to leverage as we begin exploring how we can use PVA. Any update on if this is something being developed and added to the roadmap?
