Hey Team, this could be the most popular Channel to deploy agents, so could be a great idea to add it into the available options, I know this means lots of contracts, conversations with Whatsapp but I believe that everything is possible, so I leave this idea to be considerer, as you know every tool is for users so I think this could be a great idea.
