Unshare a PowerApp by Administrator

Pretty much the subject line: How does an Administrator go out and unshare a PowerApp without deleting it? I know the Owner can remove shares. How does an Administrator do it?

Using Powershell cmdlets, admins can read, update, and delete canvas app permissions
