We really need this functionality to view service desk incidents logged in CRM that haven't been updated in x hours/days. It's a shame that such a fundamental and easy to implement function is missing

"Older than X Years" would be great too. That way you could determine if Accounts and Contacts are over 18 years old for compliance/regulatory reasons.
