Custom button

The button in PowerApps cannot be customized with images or CSS, that could be a great thing.

Status: Need Info

Are you suggesting that you would like your button to be represented by an image? Did you know that you can convert an image to a button by setting an OnSelect property to an image?

As for CSS: Some discussions have started but are in very early planning stages, so no release target dates have been discussed. Could you please expand upon how you would you envision adding CSS to a button?

Thank you,

Audrie

Here is the use case I would see.

I have a button that I use as a template for all my buttons in an app.  I would like the button shape, background color, corner radius, and border to match all other buttons.  But I would like to add an image to the button.  If the image is a transparent PNG, then the background would come through.  This way all my buttons still follow my design pattern.

Hope that helps.
