Enabling "Lock down" mode for Kiosk Applications

 Hello,

I am looking to design a Public Access Directory kiosk using PowerApps. I can set up the computer itself with "assigned access" mode that launches PowerApps at startup, but as far as I can tell after reviewing this thread, there is no actual way to prevent users who are logged onto PowerApps from accessing other apps or even Microsoft Sample apps:

Is it possible to configure PowerApps to automatically launch a particular app when logged in, and require a code or something to exit?

Hi,

I have the same request, same situation on Android.

I wonder if anything has progressed since 2017 on this issue?

1. I have set up a Windows 10 Pro (1809) Kiosk which runs simple PowerApp in Edge. This works but cannot be fully locked down as the PowerApps title/menu bar is still visible giving access to Office 365, Dynamics and other apps. What is required is something like the Access runtime environment for PowerApps.

2. When PowerApps run it requires log in everytime the Kiosk is opened. Can the login details be remembered for the Kiosk. (The Kiosk itself has no password.)

I have digital signage touchscreens running a PowerApp. Windows 10 as been configured to run in single-app kiosk mode and auto-signs in to Windows, launches the PowerApps Store App full screen, no title bar, Exit button etc. (FYI - you can achieve this by turning on tablet mode in Windows); but then it shows the list of available PowerApps and you need to launch the specific app. I need to be able to boot directly into a specific PowerApp app and not just as far as the list of available apps.

Yes, I have the same request. I have an Android tablet in which I would like to show only one app and I would like to lock it (if I swipe from left to right the app closes and I can see all the apps in the Powerapps container. In my opinion this should be avoided.
