Get-PowerAppExecution PowerShell CmdLet

Would it be possible to have a CmdLet in PowerShell to Get the timestamps of the PowerApp execution (or launches) and the maybe the userID as well, very much like

Get-FlowRun?

I am eager to use it in order to master the "obsolescence" of powerapps maybe just created for testing and afterwards staying idle in the environment for a long time.

(like asking to the users: "it's xxx months nobody is using this powerapp, should we still have it in the system?")

Sorry, I could not find a similar suggestion.
