Assuming that document libaries are the target for folders here, and not lists (since SharePoint Lists do not support folders), the work is started. I don't have an estimated release date yet, but will keep updating this item as the work progresses.

Thank you,

Audrie

This is definitely a journey -- but we're on it. We've recently shipped commenting and the ability to auto-format formulas ("pretty print"), and there's more on the way for this experience

Upgrading status to started, as we've kicked off efforts at a basic first step here. There are many flavors of this ask represented on this idea, we'll keep this space updated as we ship various aspects.

We have started working on this, but this is complex as by default SPO lists do not have a concept of images stored in them. This is the top item on our SharePoint connector team and we are actively working on it.

Sadly, don't have a timeline due to the complexity of the problem.

We've recently added an experimental feature for handling errors at the formula level, and have more improvement on the way here soon. Adding @GregLi who his working in this area.

We are excited to announce that we have started work on introducing responsive capabilities. The first piece will introduce the ability to reference the app display width and height (when it is playing) which would allow advanced makers to write expressions to create relative control sizing to achieve responsiveness. However, that is only a first step. We are evaluating different layout methods and will continue to provide updates as we make progress.

Thanks for all your input. Please continue commenting with any requirements or suggestions. This is an exciting journey that we are beginning! Smiley Happy

I liked the below blog from a talented community member. It may offer a solution while this is yet to be released:

We have been working towards improving the launch time of the app as a result app launch performance on browser has improved significantly. We are also working towards improving the app launch performance on mobile and will continue to push the envelope on both browser and mobile.

Please feel free to share device or browser information where you think performance is particularly an issue.

@cjhealy have you had a look at the PowerShell cmdlets for admins? There's a great overview here: https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/gdpr-admin-powershell-cmdlets/ , with more on the way in this space. Adding @jo

This is currently in preview, we should have something more definitive to share by Q3.

Note that we did a webinar which included this topic earlier this week:

Thank you for your feedback! Much work is being done to facilitate form based controls. We will keep you updated as the work progresses.

In the meantime, you should already be able to sum rows. Please see article links below which should address requirement example (sum of expenses).

Yes, this was not good UI.  The first part of the fix, which will take advantage of multiple rows to show more items as well as allow you to click on a long list in read mode to see all items has already been completed, and is expected to be released later in January.

We are looking into introducing auto-height here to show all items, but this will be coming later this year with a few other changes to support the SharePoint look.
