Compare a ID form answer vs Excel and send an email

Hi, I am trying to search an ID answer of forms in an excel table with a columnd with IDs and another column with email address, when it finds it then send an email to the asociated adress. Here´s my flow:

But it has not worked so far 😞 any idea of why?
