Flow works when testing but not otherwise

I found some other posts about this, but none with a solution that works for me.

I am very new, but used a template for my first flow. It is simply, Save Outlook attachment to Box Drive.

So the trigger is a new email. The only condition is there must be an attachment and the subject must include 'test' (ive also tried it without the subject line restriction).

Then it simply creates a file in box. That is it.

I test it. Works perfect. I have double and triple checked that it is on. It simply doesn't run under normal circumstances. What can I be doing wrong?

It looks like it just takes maybe 30 minutes to actually run (it suddenly had just worked). Is that normal? Does power automate not trigger immediately?

It can take up to 15 minutes, check this article out:

We can also take a look at your flow config if you'd like to post screenshots, but based on what you've said, I'm guessing it's just the trigger limitation.
