Is there a way to write "is not empty" as part of a multi-conditional if statement?

Hi,

I'm trying to write an if statement to check whether a value given to an input box is a non-blank number and that the Ok button was pressed and throw an error otherwise. I know I could do this with nested If statements or a switch statement, but I'd like to put it in a single step if possible. In a previous question I asked, a user was helpful enough to give this helpful example as to how to make a multi-conditional If statement:

IF

%CurrentItem2['Column15'] = 'SARNIA' AND CurrentItem2['Column14'] = '3747' OR CurrentItem2['Column14'] = '3750' AND CurrentItem2['Column13'] = 'CLEARING' AND CurrentItem2['Column16'] <> '#VALUE!'%

=
True

But how would one write the "is not empty" condition that appears in the drop down menu of the If action as part of the statement?

Also, how would one ensure that an input is a number and not a text value?

What I have so far is:

Thanks for the assistance.

Much appreciated, thanks. I can probably make another question for this, but is there way to determine whether an input is a number and not a text input? My initial thought would be to add a math equation like X/2 to force an error then handle that, but I'd like to believe there's a more elegant solution than that.

Interesting, that's what I ended up doing, but didn't know if there was a better way. Glad I stumbled on the right answer! Thanks for the help.
