Outlook to Microsoft Planner Email Body

I have a flow which allows a planner task to be created when an email is flagged in Outlook.

I have also allowed all special characters to be passed as these will be included in the email subject.

I have attempted to pass the email body into the planner task however my flow is not doing this.

I have attached the print screens of my flow - please can someone identify why the email body is not being passed?

@Anonymous I don't think this is going to work because the body of email can be big and the action that you are using doesn't have  any field which will allow you to be add/update so much data(body of email will be probably need a field like multi line of text).

I also checked, there is no way to add custom column, so you can't create a field to store your email body.

Hi @jinivthakkar

I do not want to create a customer column. The body of the email will be passed through to the 'Notes' section of the planner task. I have done this before however I edited the flow to allow special characters to pass through the subject of the email, however now this is not working.

Are you able to correct my flow for me please, as I am a beginner with Power Automate?

Hi @ChrisMendoza Please can you suggest/show where to add the update task details? Thank you

@Anonymous- it's after 'Create a task' as it requires 'TaskId'. As far as I know it is the way to add to the notes section of the Task.
