Sending Email from MS list after due date

Hi, 

I have this flow set up for MS list to send email 1 day before the due day, I was wondering if there is a way to change the expression and send the email after 3, 6, 9, 11 months from the due date?

Right now the expression I´m using is: 

addDays(utcNow(), variables('varNumDays'), 'MM-dd-yyyy')

I also used this expression: addDays  -1 for value in variable and it's working too.

I was wondering if somebody knows how to only send the emails to specific people, for example, this email will need to be sent only to specific clients, I added condition but it automatically changed to apply to each and even if I add a condition to only sends an email if the client name is equal to ... it sends an email to all.
