Chat with bot but NOT any response

I just deploy the successful bot on the team, I test with a bot it was okay, But the someday after (5 days after) I try to chat with the bot again, but it can't respond anything like the image below:

Do you have any idea for this,

Have you tried any of the of the other topic trigger phrases (besides the greeting)? Do those other topics work?

I just try today it works. 

I don't sure why it happens, Do you have any idea about the reason for this.
