Implementação do Bot

Boa tarde!

 

Após eu criar o bot e publica-lo para ser um aplicativo customizado da minha organização, ele aparece com a mensagem "Ocorreu um problema ao acessar este aplicativo" e fica com um botão de tente novamente. Ele funciona mas fica com essa mensagem na tela. Saberiam o que pode estar acontecendo?

 

Fiz a publicação pelo power virtual agents pedindo a liberação pelo administrador

I spoke to Microsoft support and they informed that this error is really from the Teams clientand and that they are working to fix it.

Does this error occur only in client teams or also in the WEB version?

Only in client teams for desktop. In the WEB and phone version does not appear this message.

I see, in this case the problem is with the Teams client,
What version is installed? Does the problem occur with all users who are using teams?

Yes, the problem occurs with all users... Version is: 1.4.00.26376 (32 bit)

I see, so it is not the version, because the one you informed is the latest available, in my case I use 64Bits. "You have Microsoft Teams Version 1.4.00.26376 (64-bit). It was last updated on 29/09/2021."

My suggestion is that you ask the administrator to republish your application, before that you can export the manifest and import to see if the same error occurs.
The publish screen should look like this
