PVA in teams

Hello guys, I am developing PVA in teams and I would like to ask you 2 questions because I have not found anything about it.

1.- Do you know if PVA is able to send files via Teams instead of Outlook (for example)

2.- Do you know if PVA can open a chat which I have with another person or send a message into the chat which I have with another person?
