PVA test runs fine. Not when published

I apologize if I'm not in the right section but I'm running into an issue that I can't figure out.

I've setup a simple PVA designed to grab a service, category, description and shoot an e-mail to the service desk team.

When I go through a test run, everything works fine (including authentication since that is enabled) but when I publish the PVA, the actual PVA app does not work.

I'm running into a 'Sorry, I ran into a problem signing you in.  Would you like to try again?' prompt.  Any assistance with this would be much appreciated.

Hello @zero2ninety

How long are you waiting before testing the changes in PVA?

Where are you publishing the bot to?

Thank you for your reply.  I’ve waited as long as full day (24hrs) and as far as where I’m publishing it to, within MS Teams (channel).

Currently, only our Service Desk channel to fully test and eventually make it company wide.

Hi @zero2ninety

Could you confirm the prerequisites from the docs:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/publication-add-bot-to-microsoft-teams#prerequ...

mainly the teams policies. (You might need a Teams Admin to help)

I believe the prerequisites are met.  The team can see the 'Apps built for Consoco' option and in there, they can see and install both the Power App that I've setup and the PVA that I've setup.

It was working fine and still does as long as I don't include the manual Authentication feature.  As soon as I add the Authentication feature, it still works in my testing screen but as soon as I Publish, I'm unable to login myself (as well as others).

Assuming it was a Policy issue, it should at least work for me post Publish steps or is that not accurate?
