Hi @MuratTeyin ,
Yeah, now I got it! 🙂
Today, we cannot configure those options, unfortunately.
Basically, these options are showing depending on AI recognition because PVA has some AI behind the conversation.
I recommend you prevent the use of the same phrase or words on the trigger phrases more than once. And recommend your users to explain better about what they want, like: "I want to create a new product" instead of "product" (long phrases instead of small)
Hi @MuratTeyin ,
What do you mean about "replay topics"?
I think that you are talking about System Fallback, so read this documentation and confirm that it is: Use a system fallback topic - Power Virtual Agents | Microsoft Docs
Also, once created your chatbot, you cannot change the default language yet, unfortunately.
If you created using Portuguese, English, your default language or something like that, automatically all system topics will recognize this language.
Thanks for your replay. Language is ok 😉
But fallback topic is different like this.
Fallback topic says i don't understand 🙂 But i think this sentence different. "To clarify, did you mean:"
"To clarify, did you mean:" after this sentence offers options from topics.
My question! Can we make these options specific?
Thanks my friend..
