Today in PVA we can just edit/change the answers if someone says Hello to the bot. I will like to add other trigger phrases for the greeting / goodbye / thanks section cause someone can say Hola, Privet, etc to the bot, but as the bot is only in English he will capture just the hello.
I tried to create a topic gathering all these greetings inside than to redirect to the greeting answers but I faced another issue, is that this greeting topic appears in the suggestions if a bot doesn't understand well.
Is there a solution for this, like editing the system topics / or choose which topic to add/use for suggestions when the bot doesn't understand well ?
HI Partner
I believe this link should assist you for this issue https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General/Virtual-Agents-in-other-language/td-p/408866
Hi @WyrolB ,
You can customize the system fallback inside the PVA topics if your chatbot doesn't find any topic related.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/authoring-system-fallback-topic
And you can create a topic called "Welcome" and inside this topic, you add more trigger phrases (unfortunately, you cannot change the system topic trigger phrases) and not repeat the phrases used inside the Greeting topic. And inside the Greeting topic, the first action redirect the user to the Welcome topic.
Thank you @renatoromao for your reply. I created already a topic called Welcome where I added different ways to say hello in other languages (that are not included in the greeting by default) and as for the answer, I redirected to the greeting topic answer (so far so good). But it occurs that if I say "Ciao bot" or any other hello that I didn't put in the topic, this welcome topic will appear as a suggestion below. And I must admit that for the users it must be strange to see a topic suggestion for their "Ciao bot" if you see what I mean.
