Hi All,
I have used the O365 bot template available in PVA (I imported the bot into TEAMS as an app). I published the bot, it is available as a link, and I would like to check what are the missing topics? (before publishing the bot as an TEAMS app)
Instead of opening all the topics one by one, i would like to export all the topics to excel in order to facilitate my review.
I don't find the way to do it from TEAMS ?
and when i go to Power Apps, section chatbot, i don' t see my bot...
how can i do?
Thank you,
Hi @Peggy2019 ,
When you are using PVA for Web, you can see/export all topics as an excel file within the Power Apps portals.
1- Open make.powerapps.com
2- Change the environment (top-right) to Default environment
3- Go to Dataverse (left menu) >> Tables
4- Change the filter (top-right) to "All"
powerapps-data-entities-view.png (2907×771) (microsoft.com)
5- Filter by "Chatbot" table
6- Select the table
7- Go to Data tab (Within the table details)
8- Select the bot that you want
9- Click on the Edit record button in the top navigation
10- Then you will see all details from your bot and you can export the topic and so on.
From Teams, it's not possible yet.
You can vote in my idea below:
Export bot's topics to an excel file from PVA for ... - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)
Hi @renatoromao , thanks for the solution but I got stuck at point 6, to which table are you referring to? That is what I see once I complete step 5:
Many thanks for any further support you could provide 😀
P.S. I have just tagged you in an idea I have posted which is similar to one of yours (i.e. excel report with topics): https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Virtual-Agents-Ideas/Export-topics-and-full-content-of-aut...
Many thanks Renato, much appreciated! I have managed to export all topics successfully (page by page unfortunately) and the content of messages in the authoring canvas for each topic is unfortunately included in the content column along with the entire script.
While awaiting Microsoft to develop this feature, I need to think of a way to extract only the content of the actual answers, any suggestions?
