Pop-up repeatedly appears and disappears in the authoring environment.

When I'm editing a topic in the authoring environment, or testing with "Track between topics" turned on, I keep getting a pop up message that appears and disappears. It appears to be a message about "Topic redirects now return" (usually it comes and goes too fast to read). It's distracting, and sometimes appears right where I'm working and gets in the way. I end up having to retype text. It appears to refer to a feature that was released months ago--why do I still see it multiple times an hour? How can I kill it?

Some additional details:
I confirmed that if I open a topic (in the authoring canvas) that has a redirect to a non-system topic, I get the notice. If I open a topic that only redirects to system topics (Conf. Success/Failure, End of Conv) then I don't get the notice. It's more noticeable during testing because the bot opens multiple topics in sequence in the authoring canvas.
