Topic suggestion creation without using public URL

How can I create topic suggestions from web content files like pdf, csv, xlsx with internal/local urls (without using public domain URL)?

Currently, we only support Public urls, as described here:

How are you storing your private URLs? On a sharepoint or something similar?

As long as it is using a public domain URL it should work.
