Hello all,
I have built a form for my business using my personal office 365 family subscription (as the one for my business is not subscribed to Forms. However, every time that I try and build a flow with the trigger as a response in forms, it tells me "Test connection failed. Details: Required user login.". I have read in other posts that the reason the connection fails is because that individual doesn't have a subscription to O365. I do, but maybe I don't have the right one? Also, I read somewhere that it may be because my Forms might be Forms preview. How do I know if it is?
Any help would be much MUCH appreciated.
Thanks

Hi @MikeyCas
Thank you for posting.
According to your description, you would like to create flow to gather response from Forms which is belonging to Microsoft personal account(outlook.com). If any misunderstanding, please kindly let me know.
I’m afraid it’s currently not supported to use personal account for Form connector. The official document clearly indicates that form connector only supports organization account. It means only O365 account is capable in your scenario.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

Anna
