DLP behaves differently in Power Automate and Canvas App

I'm trying to use the 'Office 365 Users' and 'Dataverse' connectors together in a canvas app. When I try to add the office connector, however, I get the message that the DLP does not allow the two connectors together, even though the DLP is set to allow the two connectors together. When using the two connectors together in a Power Automate Flow, there is no issue. Has anyone else experienced something similar?

Canvas Apps uses the dataverse Legacy connector and not the new Dataverse connector, which was the problem
