Excel Get a Row is timing out

Good Morning Everyone,

I am new to Flow and am doing a pretty standard lookup using Excel Get a row based on a zip code. I have confirmed that in the source file the Zip column contains unique values. When I ran the flow using a test excel file, it ran without issues. Now that I have dropped in the production file, with over 41,000 rows, the flow times out on that step:

The flow itself where it gets stuck is:FRM_Flow.PNG

Thank you all and let me know if I can provide any further information.

When I have done this I have always needed to use the excel action "List Rows in a table" but then also use the Get Row. It works fine if you use both.

As a follow up, I did switch out the Get a Row with an Excel List rows present in a table and it appeared to succeed with that look up. I am just not sure what the purpose is for the Get a Row tool.

Thanks again everyone.
