Hi all,
I am excited by what Flow can do for me. But I am struggling to understand what Data is available in the applications I use. Is there a generic way I can explore the data I have been granted access to?
More specifically we use Dynamics 365 Project Service for bookings and tasks, I want to trigger some flows when a booking or task is assigned to me, but so far I am having issues with permissions when trying to create these flows. I'd like to see what I do have access to as it may help me design flows or determine how 'generic' my flows can be (can my flows apply to other users too).

Hi @Anonymous,
I afraid that there is no any function could summary the available data that you mentioned in microsoft flow currenctly.
If you want to get available data to see what you have access to in microsoft flow,
I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently.
If you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum so it might be considered for future releases:

Would be nice if you could click a link from your thread to create the idea, and have it post the new idea link automagically 😛

Hello, @Anonymous!
If you have already posted your idea to the Flow Community Ideas Forum then you need to post the URL to your idea’s thread as a reply to this thread and then "Accept as Solution" on that reply so other users may vote for your Flow Idea and identify the information easily.
Thank You!
