FAULT: Forms response connector stopped working suddenly

Hi all,

We have a business wide flow with 250 users that is a critical part of our daily operations. The trigger is a "When a new response is submitted" from Forms with a manual Form Id entered. This has been successfully performing over 250 operations per day for the last nine months and then it has just stopped working. There were 195 forms filled in today and only 101 were recognised. The rest just never showed up in the run log. Is this a temporary MS issue?

UPDATE: I note that other forms in our business are continuing to work. It is only this one. I also note that form is another group to the Power Automate. This has not been an issue until now.

WE have the same issue - only one form (that I can identify) is affected. The rest are working fine.

I managed to resolve by duplicating the Form and copying to the same group as the power automate then changing all the power automate links to the new Form. A pain because we had to update all the links in the business to the new Form. We burnt about 3-4 hours resolving this.

We are also seeing this problem (In UK) with all our form response triggers. New responses are not being picked up by the trigger in the flows. All forms and flows were working fine yesterday.

They are all Group forms used by a large number of staff, I don't relish the idea of rebuilding all of them!

Actually, it turns out that for us it is just a long delay before the connector triggers. Still an annoyance but no where near as bad as if they were not working at all!!
