File system connection error

I wanted to save attachment files when a share point list item was created. But I failed to establish connection between the flow and local computer.

The dynamic invocation request failed with error: { "status": 400, "message": "The credentials for this connection do not have access to '', please try using a different location or account.\r\n client Request Id: 410639e-241d-4e7e-852f-e322-99c0c810", "error": { "message": "The requested operation could not be completed'', Please ensure the path exists on the file system" }, "source": "filesystem-we.azconn-we-01.p.azurewebsites.net" }.

And the connection configuration is shown as below

Appreciate your help, thanks.
