How can I get the count of messages in Dead Letter and their details?

Hi ,

Is there a way that I can get the count of meesages in the deadletter Topic subscription. I am trying to send out an email communication on daily basis on the number of messages and what are they.

Thanks,

Pushpa

Hi @pubathul,

What do you mean by dead letter?

Is it a letter that cannot be delivered or returned because of an incorrect address or other problem?

Do they have any common values in the email subject?

Please share more details to help figure out a solution.

Best regards,

Mabel

Hi,

I am talking about the deadletter messages in Topic Subscription. I would need the count of messages in deadletter.

Thanks,

Pushpa

Hi, Are you referring to this - Azure Service Bus Messaging ?

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/service-bus-messaging/service-bus-dead-letter-queues

I don't know too much about the above, but if you do get the count into Flow using an API call or similar, the something like the below can be used to see if it is above or below a value. If true, send an email, if false, don't send.Capture-025.png

Could you please as much detail as possible?

Can you post an image of any Flow you hvae srated to create to help illustrate the issue?

What have you done so far to try and  "get the count of meesages in the deadletter Topic subscription"?

Is an HTTP request you are trying to use or what method of query?
