How to integrate MS Flow with Pipedrive?

I have developed MS Flow with the "When an activity is created" trigger and it works.

However I met an issue.

My process is:

- I have a Pipedrive User A and use his API ID to create the flow connection.

- I create an activity and assign User A on this activity

- The flow is fired and works fine

- I create a new activity under User A and assign User B on the activity

- The MS Flow trigger is not fired.

So Should I have as much connections and flows as I have Pipedrive users or what is the best architecture to integrate MS Flow with Pipedrive?

Should I create a web hook on Pipedrive side and use 'HTTP request' as an MS Flow's trigger?

Thanks for advance.

Hi @SlavaSha ,

Have you developed custom connector or used Pipedrive premium connector ?

"I have a Pipedrive User A and use his API ID to create the flow connection."

Also, from your explanation it looks you have connected Pipedrive with User A using API so I doubt its going to trigger for User A.

Currently Pipedrive premium template is available but as your requirements is for one-way synch , I would suggest to use webhooks which can trigger Flow. (https://pipedrive.readme.io/docs/guide-for-webhooks#section-supported-event-actions)

Thanks

Hi @anupam8555 ,

Thanks for your reply,

Yes, I use the out of the box Pipedrive connector and it seams it useless due to it works only for a single user thus we have to have as much flows as we have Pipedrive users.

I have started using web hooks and it works perfectly, moreover it's quite easy to change the flow and use.

Thanks.
