How to stop multiple emails while connecting to the list

Hi,

I have written PowerShell script1 to update list item of column TriggerEmail=Yes

Now in MS Flow1 I am checking if column TriggerEmail= Yes and triggering email1

Now I have written Powershell script2 to update list item of column FinalReminderTriggerEmail=Yes

Now in MS Flow2 I am checking column if FinalReminderTriggerEmail=Yes and triggering email2

But unfortunately, email1 and email2 are getting triggered.

Finally I need only email2 to be triggered after running the script2 to update list item of column FinalReminderTriggerEmail=Yes

To achieve this I can’t switch off MSflow1 as MSflow1 is still triggering the email1 due to 9000 items.

Also I cannot create another script to clear TriggerEmail=Yes as MSflow1 is still triggering the email1 due to 9000 items.

Please share your ideas/thoughts to eradicate the issue.

I suggest using a trigger condition in your first Flow that checks if TriggerEmail = yes and FinalReminderTriggerEmail = No.  If the condition is not met, the Flow ends.
