Managing Connections

We have flows we built over a year ago that have been running perfectly.  A couple of days ago we received an error that the JWT Token was not valid.  We realized that the connections needed to be refreshed.  This raised a question for us.  How do we manage the connections in our flows?  We have close to three hundred flows now and A LOT of connections.  How are others managing this? How do you track what connections need a refresh? Is there a query or PowerShell command to get them? Can you use PowerShell to refresh a connection?  We are using some Service Account, but that doesn't address this problem.

Any thoughts or ideas from folks would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Regards,

-S
