The 'Ask in PowerApps' is not showing up for my input parameter for a SQL stored proc. I have an Office365 E5 account. Do I need a higher subscriptions to be able to do this?

I had to create a new one from scratch and that seemed to work
Hi jehrenfeld,
Could you please try to re-add the action and try again with it?
When testing this issue on my side, I can select the dynamic content “Ask in PowerApps” for the fields of the action “Execute stored procedure”.
Please try again with it. If you are still having the issue, please feel free post back.
Best regards,
Mabel Mao

It doesn't work for me (starting from scratch) - I can't see the dynamic content for "Execute the stored procedure"
BTW Is this possible to have a sample of SQL stored procedure which returns the format best for Flow?
