Office Users - Get Manager v2 connector not working

Hi guys,

I need to extract info regarding the manager of a user. I'm using the Get Manager(V2) activity:

But it constantly fails:

I have also tried with ID.

I get the error:

 "code": "Request_ResourceNotFound",

 "message": "Resource 'manager' does not exist or one of its queried reference-property objects are not present."

I can understand that this is a known error (https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/Get-manager-V2/td-p/185565)

I have tried all the mentioned solutions. Nothing works.

Have this been resolved?

Can you confirm there is in fact a manager configured for that user?

How would I go about checking that?

Hi @TokeJacobsen ,

If you have access to AAD (Azure Active Directory) or Exchange Online, you can check by following the instructions to the video below (1 min mark)

Alternatively, you can ask your admins.

Ah, thank you so much. That clarified the problem. No manager is actually assigned in AAD only in our AD.
