Power Automate Teams Connector - Bad Gateway for General Channel

Hello everyone, I have been testing out the teams connector to try to retrieve messages from a teams channel for a while now. Suddenly, I get an error when I try to get messages from the General channel. I am able to run the flow successfully with other channels selected and was able to run with the General channel a few weeks back. The error shows bad gateway. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Same here, I can no longer run a flow that relied on a "Get Messages" command. It was automated to be done every 24 hours, and has started failing 4 days ago.

Did you manage to find a resolution or a workaround for this? I have to get the flow up but seems like other threads have mentioned that we have to wait it out....

I was able to created a PA flow utilizing the Get Messages action.  It worked fine.  Have you tried re-adding the action?

I just created a new one that only has this command, and I still get the same error:

What does the raw input look like?

I have the same error, here's mine. I changed the retry policy to none to stop it from hanging forever without failing

I also tried getting the team and channel IDs dynamically, same error

I've been getting the same error - it was working fine for a year and then suddenly stopped working

In other forum submissions people have mentioned that if the error code 500 or 502 appears, the failure is temporary or transient. Please click or tap Resubmit to try the flow again. Or check your connections. 

 

In a personal case, the error occured because I was using old data to run the test. When I ran the test with new data the error fell away.

@CatiaB unfortunately, even when I created a new flow, I still get the failure everytime.

We have not changed any particular flow or settings, but we have been able to retrieve data from Teams since yesterday.

Is there any announcement somewhere about this?

Tested today, and it continues to throw me the Bad Gateway error

I am having the same issues with all flows involved Get [channel] Messages that have been in place for over a year. 

 

There must be an issue on Microsoft's side with this.

As of this morning I'm not longer getting the error. Looks like it fixed itself!
